Lace up your running shoes for the Hope in Motion 5K in recognition of National Suicide Prevention Week. This race is not just about the thrill of the finish line; it’s about supporting mental health and giving voice to those who are struggling with thoughts of suicide. Join the Center for Mental Health Care and Resources and campus partners for the event on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7 a.m. at the Campus Recreation Center. The entire campus community is invited, and all experience levels are welcome! The cost is $15, and all participants will get a free T-shirt.
