I'm the manager of the ITA program within CTL, but I'm also a supporter, coach, learner, and cheerleader for international students. As an applied linguist, and an interculturalist, I've spent a lot of time thinking about language, culture, belonging, and learning. I've also lived and worked in another country for five years of my professional life, so I've put my studies into personal practice, and vice versa. My role in CTL allows me to use this experience as I support your transition to life at GT and to the development of your TA persona. With that, we honor our commitment to diversity by helping you figure out "How can I fit in here?" as well as "How can I stand out?"
Welcome to Georgia Tech! Join our ITA community, and let us help you figure out both of these questions!
