Join the Wellness Empowerment Center and Campus Recreation for a gentle yoga session as part of Eating Disorders Awareness Week that promotes mindfulness, body positivity, and self-compassion. Our instructor will guide you through calming poses and breathing exercises to help you connect with your body. All experience levels are welcome.
